After investigation, it was found that during the process of firing clinker in the rotary kiln of such large-scale cement enterprises, a large amount of thermal energy of the rotary kiln body needs to be released to cool the kiln body. Enterprises may adopt natural cooling in the air, or use a large amount of water to cool down. These treatment measures can remove excess heat energy, but it is obviously a waste of resources.
At present, energy conservation and emission reduction is the main theme of China's current economic and social development. Governments at all levels attach great importance to energy conservation and emission reduction and vigorously implement them in actual work. Suggestions: ① Attention should be paid to the energy-saving work of the energy-intensive industries in our city. Active measures should be taken in the waste heat of the cement rotary kiln to avoid wasting this heat. ②Relevant data show that in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang area, most of the rotary kiln waste heat is used in the form of low-temperature waste heat power generation, and this technology is relatively mature. As for whether this technology is suitable for our cement enterprises, or there are other better comprehensive utilization methods, we can study.
