China and America MetLife came to China to cultivate a new group of life insurance sales talents, so candidates must be those who have never done insurance.
When recruiting new employees, China-US Metropolitan Life has to go through eight screening stages before it can enter the company. First, applicants will submit their resumes to the company, and the company will invite people who meet the comprehensive basic qualities to attend a simple job description meeting. Later, if the candidate decides to engage in life insurance planning, the company will let everyone take an hour to do an orientation test including more than 300 questions.
If the sexual orientation test is qualified, the company will again invite qualified people to participate in a group discussion, a group of 10 people, asking to discuss a topic together within 45 minutes, and finally draw a conclusion. This question usually does not have the correct answer. It is mainly to allow all candidates to have the courage to express their opinions in front of strangers and examiners in the discussion, but also to find ways to persuade others to agree with him.
After screening, candidates will enter the interview session. There are three interviews, all of which are one-on-one interviews. Each interview is an examiner at different levels. He interviews questions for different characteristics required. It mainly examines the applicant's learning willingness and learning ability, oral expression ability and communication ability. The last link is a health check-up.
